At 10:05 on November 27, the 3U8226 cargo plane loaded with 48 tons of EU goods from Brussels, Belgium, landed smoothly at Xianyang International Airport in Xi'an. Four hours later, the 3U8227 cargo plane will load with 59 tons of cargo fly to Delhi, India. It marks the official opening of Brussels - Xi'an and Xi'an - Delhi international airlines.

The opening of the airline has increased the air cargo routes of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport for Europe and South Asia, which is of great significance for the realization of Shaanxi's trade along the "Belt & Road". So far, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport has opened 25 cargo airlines in total.

Both airlines are operated by Sichuan Airlines A330-200f, two flights a week. The first arrival goods are mainly precision instruments and e-commerce goods imported from EU, which are rapidly transferred to more than 10 cities such as Shanghai, Chongqing and Shenzhen; the departure goods are mainly consumer electronic products "created and manufactured by China", which are distributed to Southeast Asia with Delhi as the center, effectively building a bridge for cooperation and exchange between China and Europe and South Asian countries. In the future, it will be added to 3 flights a week, and more high-end drugs and electronic products will be transported through cargo airlines. It is estimated that the annual cargo throughput will reach 15000 tons.
